EA Desktop Launcher "Failed to load profile"

I am attempting to play It Takes Two with a friend, we are both getting an issue, where the profile should be in the top right corner of the app, it says "Failed to load profile"  It shows all of my ...

    Hey everyone,

    We're seeing this should now be resolved. Please try restarting the EA app and it should be loading normally at this point.

    Thanks once again for the patience while we were working to get this fixed up!

    Thanks for the additional reports and information, everyone.

    We're currently working on a fix for a related Origin issue that appears to be impacting the EA app with this profile error as well.

    We're hoping to have that resolved shortly, so I'll provide further updates as we get more information. Thank you for the patience in the meantime.
