Re: EA Play Game pass not syncing
@ZakkyC For this one, there sounds like there are a few things that are happening.
The email you use is not as important as what EA account your Microsoft account is linked to. The email is only how you sign in. If the Game Pass sub is linked to a different Microsoft account than the one you use to play EA games with, you would need to reach out to Xbox Support.
If your Xbox account is linked to a different EA account altogether, you would need to log into your EA Profile
Go into the connections tab and see which Xbox Gamertag you have listed.
Take a look Here in order to perform steps on how to link and unlink your Gamertag.
If the correct ones are not listed there, you need to speak with an advisor to see what they can do about the linked accounts -
