Re: EA Launcher doesn´t install in choosen directory

This is really frustrating. Have uninstalled and re-installed the EA app over 11 times and can not get it to install anywhere but c:\program files\ even though the customize option during setup will let you select any drive or directory.  I even tried blocking access to c:\ drive and the installer crashed rather than install the EA app where I selected.

Steam, Ubisoft connect, Epic Games, Battlenet, GoG Galaxy, even Microsoft lets you change where the game launcher is installed to.

I can see in previous posts this was a common complaint years ago with the EA app so is it a bug that has returned? Has nobody noticed the EA app doesn't install any where else?

    Oh and yes, I did try in admin mode and user mode, did a full uninstall each attempt via Wise Uninstaller, even tried on a brand new Windows 10 install - didn't make a difference. It won't install the EA app on another drive or directory.

    008bc205-3857-4146-83de-32e6ddff05d2 is the latest ticket I raised for the issue.
