My account got hacked

My account is linked to some russian mail and I cannot do anything and of course EA support just says "We don't know how to help you". I can still log in on browser thru google account/steam account but I cannot open the app because it just send a verification code to the hackers mail. Because of it I cannot play my games and the account is linked to my steam account so even when I tried making a new ea account to play sims from steam it says "That steam account cannot be linked to multiple ea accounts" and if I want to unlink it from the old account I can't do that because it just sends a verification code to the russian mail. Does someone know how to help me???
