i’m having the same problem, there is two accounts on my xbox with Ea play and with 1 it lets me play and the other it doesn’t

Hey all, the trial will only work on the Gamertag that you have EA Play on. If you try to use the trial on a secondary Gamertag that does not have an active EA Play membership then you will be unable to access the trial.
To use the trial on a secondary account then you would need an active EA Play membership linked to that Gamertag.

Are you seeing the error message 0x803F8001 @dirtydej33 when this occurs.
