No, I am sure that I have cancelled the subscription. Today is the day I have logged in after almost a year. And what I see? that my subsscription is cancelled, but is valid till 1.10.2023.I know taht I have cancelled my subscription a year ago, before my renewal, which was scheduled in 10.2022. So how come you have charged me 99.99 euros even though I ve had cancelled my subscription.

Hey @Qaibot if you were charged then it would mean that you did not cancel your membership.

Ok then who did cancel my membership as you can see in the picture it says it is cancelled and is valid till 1.10.2023. Previously it was valid till 1.10.2022 when I cancelled my sub and uninstalled everything. I didnt log into my account or made any changes. And as I ve told you I lohged into my account yesterday for the first time after almost a year and found out that my subscription is canclled but still valid till 10.2023. So that part is what rly pisses off. I cancelled my subscription in 2022 before next renewal which was scheduled around october 2022. And you re telling me that you dont have any logs of my account? Like what actions were made or what changes were made when and where.
