Trying to play regular online games, HUT Moments etc and always a error pops up saying: "Trial rights were not found for this user" and the game restarts. Never experienced similar in previous years when playing NHL or Fifa as every game mode has worked just fine. Is there a solution to this error?
I'm having a similar issue with my most recent purchase of NHL25 for the PS5. When I try to open the PSN Store PAGE it loads without the option to buy it, just has a Learn More button which tells me that I can't purchase this version because I already own the EA Play Trial Version. I can't do anything else with it except for closing the store. It might very well be the last EA title that I buy.
