I have attached two pictures of what I am getting. I also went into Settings, My Profile, Manage, My Account. I tried to get my Order History, but I needed a code, so I requested a code, but I never received a code. I tried several times, but to no avail. I am hoping you can help. Also, I have all of my emails showing purchase confirmations dating from 2014 to now.
