I have done everything possible, I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted, cleared cache, repaired, everything and the enchanted by nature is not showing up in my game. I purchased it and it says that it is in my library and is installed but still will not work.
Same issue. I have no EA update available. Says Enchanted by Nature is installed..... Yet I dont have any of the new content or the new neighborhood.

Same issue here. PC no mods. I can make a fairy in cas but no wings or items show and the occult icon is blank. Super frustrating
StoneyOwl Does your computer run Windows or macOS? The pack may have been installed to the wrong location, as in, not the one the game is reading. There are master threads for each OS here:

hrniles0615 Your issue sounds different. Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), and test wtih no mods or custom content present. Please also make sure your game is updated to 1.116.223. You can see the version in the lower-left corner of the screen.
It happened to me. Said the game was updated but when I hit the tab for “add-ons” it was there I downloaded. So downloaded it and good to go!
