Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

i bought the sims 3 game from instant gaming and I successfully redeemed the code in the ea website, but it is not showing up in my ea library. I've bought games from this website before and it all worked. I've tried restarting, clearing cache, logging out, but it still won't appear.
