That is an issue we're currently investigating.

Make sure you're logging in to the right account. If you played FIFA 23, you can log in to it and go to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account to see the email address you should be logging in with. That is, assuming you're playing FC 24 on the same account you played FIFA 23 on.

A club also needed to be created in FIFA 23 before August 1.

    Played the FIFA 23 and bought the FC 24 Ultimate Version!

    But still can't log in into companion web app...

    This means you're either logging in to the wrong account or did not play FIFA 23 before the August 1st cutoff date.

  • I didn't play it until after 1st of August. What does that mean? Why haven't we gotten notified about that?

    You had to have a club created on FIFA 23 before August 1st in order to get early access to the web app.

  • I can't sell or delete any of my tradeable cards! I'm just updating my graphics card driver now in the hope that its because of that, is there a setting im missing?

  • If I didnt bought FIFA 23 I cant play web app? I bougth evento FIFA since 2016 expect for FIFA 23. I also played FC 24 yesterday but i still cant log in.

    im not renewing the subscription, just buying the standard version

  • i have, i played 23 and have been playing 24 until today, because it expired. Everything was working till the subscripiton expired
    The message reads

    " Login Unavailable

    We´re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate experience"

    In that case, you can use the app when FC 24 releases.

    You'll need to log in on the device you play on. Since your trial ended, you'll need to wait until the game releases to play again.

    @Petibo 

    That would be why you're not able to use the web app then. When the game releases, you should be good to use it after a club is created, but you may need to earn access to the Transfer Market. More information on that can be found here.

  • My web app and companion app still isn’t working even though I ordered ultimate edition and I have played games on Friday but I didn’t create a FIFA 23 Club before August 1st.I need help 

  • I have literally the same problem, but after the game got realesed, I cant login, Because u get the error message.
