Dear EA TOS Team, I am writing to report two serious issues I have experienced in *EA SPORTS FC 24* on PlayStation 5, specifically during Online Seasons matches. --- 1. **Cheater Report (PC Player via Crossplay):** On June 22, 2025, at approximately 01:40 (CET), I played an Online Seasons match against a PC player using the username [REMOVED]. This opponent was clearly using unfair cheats or connection manipulation techniques that caused the game to freeze at key moments. I was unable to pass, shoot, or even move during these spikes. It was an extremely unfair and frustrating match. ▶️ Video evidence of this match: --- 2. **Repeated Ping Spikes in Every Match:** In nearly every match I play, I face **predictable and consistent ping spikes** — usually **three times per half**, at regular intervals. The game temporarily freezes or becomes unresponsive. This issue follows the same time pattern across multiple matches. I have a high-speed internet connection (12ms ping via wired LAN), and I have already: - Switched to wired connection - Used multiple DNS options (Cloudflare, Google DNS, etc.) - Opened required ports - Disabled auto-updates and background apps on PS5 Despite all of this, the issue persists. It’s very clear that the problem lies within **EA’s own servers or matchmaking system**. --- Both the cheating and these repeated ping spikes are ruining the experience for honest players. Syria restriction
Hello, I’m from Syria and I want to send this message to EA’s management or policy team, not just tech support. I’m a loyal EA fan who bought and plays FC 24. But I suffer every day due to regional restrictions simply because I live in Syria. These limitations prevent me from accessing the full experience, despite having paid for the game like everyone else. I understand you follow US policies, but many sanctions have already been eased. Why is EA still blocking access? I’m not involved in politics — I’m just a player who wants fairness. Please, escalate my message. I’m not asking for special treatment — I just want to play like anyone else. We, the Syrian players, are tired of being punished for something we didn’t choose. Does anyone have problems with SBCs?Like no new SBCs are coming for a while now,i started playing this game like 3-4 weeks ago and i thought new SBCs will come (chatgpt says so lol) but i only have bronze silver and gold and hybrid something idk.I have a duplicate 91 KDB(plus like 10 84+) and i cant open packs unless i quicksell them or put them in an SBC and im not putting them in a gold upgrade smh,i thought there were some SBCs like overall 87+ but there's nothing
R1 Dribble has completely ruined the game
Having now played fut champions where everybody uses it I have now realized that R1 dribble has completely ruined the game. How are you meant to defend/ stop opponent scoring when the dribbling is so OP. Literally stuck to the players feet. Even when surrounded by 2-3 players they just wriggle their way out of any situation. This is a gameplay bug I just cannot accept. Looks like I’m binning off this edition already. I’m not playing it to get super stressed. I wouldn’t get super stressed but it’s no fun losing every game because of stupid implemented game mechanics. You can keep it
Game play is awful and unplayable on ea fc 24
For the past 3 months my game play on ea fc has completely changed.it was fine at launch . The past 3 months unplayable . The game is now unplayable. Every online game i play like seasons and against friends . The game is either slow and I have no control, players don’t move they slow to react . They don’t react when I press a button on my controller.The game won’t allow me to make tackles .players just stand there . I lose every game .as I can’t tackle.i press tackle it does nothing .my players are out of position all the time .defenders run in the midfield with out me controlling them . Every online game plays differently. If I make 100 tackles I win the ball maybe 10 times .its a joke now .i play call of duty and zero issues .i bought a new controller that’s not the problem .i got a new router last week ,and it worked well for two days . Since Sunday it’s been awful and unplayable again I have turned off cross play and lots of other things . And the problems are still there .my internet never drops .i have a lan cable in my ps5 and the router is next to my ps5 . The engineer from my internet provider came to my house said its got a great connection. No other game does this apart from ea fc . As a fan I’m going to have to give up on this game.its unpleasant to play and a waste of my time . It has to be the servers causing the issue as my internet is very fast and never drops . I have uninstalled the game a few times then it works for a few games .then it happens again . It’s the worst ea game I have ever played . I wish I could get a refund .i have tried everything to fix the issues .it will work randomly for a game or two .then it starts again .players don’t run , cant tackle . Shoot wide . The opposition goal keeper saves everything. But my keeeper lets in everything. Defenders don’t tackle and run away from the ball . I press tackle button and the player put his arm out and doesn’t win the ball .its crazy to play .i have just tried it again .i can score last game .but cant make tackles . Ea please help me . I have bought your games since mega drive in the 90,s . This is not good enough. Fix this issue please

I want to clarify that I don't respect the method of grinding and completing SBCs using third-party apps. However, since this method has become so popular on youtube, I’m curious about your thoughts on it. In my opinion, this should be the responsibility of EA—creating a user-friendly interface that makes it easier for players to engage with the game naturally. Instead, they allow the use of these third-party tools, even though other players risk getting banned for doing the same thing. To illustrate this point, I’m attaching a photo from internet who used this method to collect 1500+ 82+ rated player picks and reached R9
This Game Sucks
EA pumps out this disgusting slop every year. I haven't played fc 25 and I don't plan too. It's the same game every year with a different overlay. No creativity to the projects and the AI is still horrible every year. I go from legendary to ultimate and the AI on defense is an astronomical difference. On legendary and below you can literally run right past them with one guy every time. Then on both of those difficulties, I have to play as my controlling team or otherwise i get scored on every time they get the ball and the scores are super high.FC 24 Ping Problem
I generally play FC 24 online. Ping is constantly high in the game. This problem used to be very rare when I was playing 23, but now it is constantly happening. I have conveyed this to EA officials many times, but no one has cared. I will cancel my monthly subscription just for this reason. 90% of users in Turkey are experiencing the same problem. EA has become a very mean organization. You are very indifferent. You do not care about your players.
Volta mode
First things first, Volta is the reason i buy the game, i played futsal and street football all my life, thats why i love this mode so much. Its sad to go for a match where im the only active player on my team and play against 3 active players, for example. The worse of all is when my team mates get the ball they start to run in circles. Its just silly and i lose the will to play my fav ea sports mode. Plus, theres no option to play with your whole team against other people and recruit better players, that was something really cool Volta had. EA could do so much with Volta, like tournaments or weekend leagues, stadium/pitch customization. Its sad when you play Volta for 4-5 days and you reach 94 overall and all you have to play for is clothes and tattoos...Why not just give me one W from my red team of the seasons picks ea?
Dear ea sports I am writing to you because I have been playing losts of champs and getting good rewards for the past 1 month and as I open my red player picks I never got one W I got none good cards not even useful cards as well and my freind got raphinia twice and a YouTuber who packed ronaldo and messi in the same reward together and you can’t even give me one nice team of the season yes I packed a few good cards but on my red picks I had to get at least one W just give me one really nice card then I won’t complain agian thank you ea sports I love your game so much it is my favourite game as well fc 25 ultimate Bye.
