Re: Ea play hub on ps4

The EA Play Hub App doesn't show anything in the Play List.  The Trials show up fine and the Installed games has a ghost menu where I can select the games I already have installed, but there is no graphic representation of anything so it is 100% guessing as to which game I'm currently selecting. 

The primary issue from this is that I can't gain access to any new games (specifically NHL '20 and Madden '20, which are the main reasons why I just purchased an annual subscription).

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, renewing my licenses, checking that my EA & PSN accounts are properly linked and that my subscription is active... basically everything I could find online on how to troubleshoot this.  Everything looks clean, but the app just doesn't load anything in the Play List. 

Anybody out there solved this issue? EA willing to call it a bug and give me an extension on my subscription? Is my best bet to just shoot for the refund?
