Hi @InflatableZebra Can we try going through the following articles to see if we can clear this up?

If this continues to check do you have the EA App client installed on the Steam deck or just the overlay to comes up through Steam?

HI @InflatableZebra I'm not too familiar with Steam Deck's OS If there a list of installed programs similar to the windows control panel?
