Hey @jakebarto our team would not have access to your PSN account, as such, they would be unable to make any changes to any connected trials. If you feel that your trial time should be extended then you would need to speak with PSN support to see if this is something they can do.

  • I just chatted with Sony PSN Support online. They agreed that this is 100% an EA issue. Because it was an EA problem and as a result I lost out on time on my EA subscription (a 3rd party not associated with Sony) that it is up to EA to resolve this issue and there is nothing they can do because I have "already used the subscription." I have no clue what kind of game EA is playing. I have asked over and over to speak with someone higher up who can solve this issue and the help center REFUSED to contact me with anyone who could help. This is totally unacceptable.

  • Good to know that EA is the kind of company that will take your money and not provide the agreed upon services. Sounds illegal to me.

    I have reinstalled several times, and restarted the Xbox, and I have deleted the game data. I have been trying for over a month.
