Thanks for the suggestion! Clearing the cache did not work on its own, so I cleared the cache, and restarted + updated my PC. When it turned on again, the EA app required an update, and now I can see my games again.
I have same problem and tried the solution but did not work for me. It still wont open. It did work when my friend logged onto my account in his pc though.
- @BF_Bouns Clear Cache just crashes the app for me lmao.

Thank you for your suggestion. But it did not help, my game library still shows no games after I deleted the cache and restartet the EA app.
And I am furios, I want to play the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, that means single player games where I usually do not even need an internet connection for. But since EA requires me to launch it with there app in online mode I can only launch and play the game, when this stupid app has an internet connection and works properly. Which it did not on quite a few days the last week. I am really angry and frustrated!
So, EA, please fix this ASAP! It always happens with me everyday, if I can get the app started, what I just do is pretend to Download the game again, let the download start, then just completely close down the app and relaunch and your library should be as normal.
- @JackFlash42 Where did it tell you EA app needed an update? Or did it just pop up? I've never seen it update...
Downloaded EA app and my library is now empty. Restarted computer, cleared cache, reinstalled EA app, tried the advanced troubleshooting forum on the EA site. Still no games. PC user.
- @72fcbaea3f629c80 And these games were purchased while you used Origin?
yes, they were purchased while using origin

@72fcbaea3f629c80 merged yours with a larger thread on this. Please take a look.
Me too. It closes the EA app.
It's really funny that this thread is marked as solved when it isn't. Your app is buggy...

I know this is an old thread, but this just happened to me and mine was a different solution. I am using Pihole to block ads on my network. Disabling Pihole for 5 minutes allows the library to show. You will need to exit and re-open the EA app. Also, there should be a website you can "whitelist" on Pihole to fix the issue. I tried whitelisting EA.COM but it does nothing. I will update if I can figure out which website is the culprit. Happy gaming 🙂
