I purchased Enchanted by Nature on Friday August 8th and did NOT receive any of the bonus content in my game. I only have one account so that isn't the problem. I've also repaired the EA app and packs in it. I really feel cheated and now I wish I hadn't purchased the expansion pack at all right now.

I purchased Enhanced by Nature thru the EA app associated with my Sims 4 game. This is the first time I've ever had a problem or issue with any game. Also, even though the app and game acknowledges my purchase, it will also give me another pop-up window to allow me to purchase the expansion pack Enhanced by Nature again.
I am also experiencing this issue. I purchased it last week through the EA app.
