I am not exactly sure where this is about and what game this is about since that isn't mentioned in the original post.
If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you first have to claim the EA Play in order to make use of it's benefits. On this page there is a step by step guide on how to do so: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-play/ea-play-and-xbox-game-pass/.
