same thing for me it’s happened two years in a row now and i ask for ps4 one and they don’t help one bit

- @frankied1702 If you go the your EA account > Profile > Email preferences > scroll down to bottom. Here it allows you to select what platforms you have. I assume you will have PS4 and or PS5 selected.
If you only want PS5 codes you should deselect PS4 and only have PS5 selected.
Unfortunately I think it is now to late for this change to effect this years beta.
