Ea Desktop App Fifa 20

Hello so after March 18th Ea access was available for xbox game pass Pc so i has Fifa 20 before with Ea Access that i bought and i was able to play it and now Everytime i try to open Fifa20 i get an error saying "Your game failed to launch, An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later." 

And under that i have 2 options Get the game or close and i thought had something to do with when i had ea access so i unninstalled game and installed it again and still same problem. I don't know if it's really on Ea desktop end error or my end since Need for Speed works fine.

    Yes i see that it looks like i said i bought the game but no, i bought the ea access and sorry for my bad punctuation.

    I already fixed my problem uninstall the game fixed it for me because it makes no sense in having a game here that i can't play so i just uninstalled it.

    Thanks for the help anyway.

    Hey @Aralph27 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product 

    Then select platform

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    Well yeah that basically leads me here to Answers HQ again so i don't see any point in trying to call or going live support because just gives me this page to come and the error i'm getting it's saying "Error on Our end" so it means some EA problem and not mine i just wonder how Need for Speed works with no problem but fifa20 doesn't even open at all it's like i click open the game and it's saying i don't have the game.

    Well i didn't purchase the game i have xbox game pass and with it came EA Play and before i had EA play separate from xbox game pass and fifa 20 was runing with no problems.

    Now i wanted to play it again and it's showing me that error. 

    I Specify my problem on the thread i created.

    Sorry about that, from your first post @Aralph27 there was an implication that you owned the game. The best thing to do here is to speak with our live support team who will be able to load yo your account and then advise you further.
