I have installed the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 and restarted my computer.

Please download the following (2012) and install both the x86 and x64 versions, thanks.

I have installed both files prior to asking for help. I did restart my computer afterwards.
Got the same error since last week. And no fix so far.
