@Raiden-XIII Unistall the EA App, and do the following below. If you are using the EA App, there would be no Origin folder to do anything in.
Delete Windows Temp Files
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Then go into Safe Mode with Networking, reinstall the EA App by right-clicking on the exe file and run as admin.
Hi , now im on safe mode with networking and the error changed to INST-14-1601
@EA_Shepard what should I do now?

@Raiden-XIII That sounds more like a Windows error since you get an error installing it. Something is corrupted in Windows or blocking the install.
Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updatesInstall/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
Download and update DirectX
Reset Windows Host File
Finally, Try a new Windows User Account
@EA_Shepard Hi , i tried all of that and it didn't work ☹️ when im on safe mode with networking is inst-14-1601 and when im not is inst-14-1603

- Are you using an internal or external drive? : Internal
- Are you using an HDD or SSD? : I tried download it both but it doesnt work on both
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? : It started on 05/12/23 . Yes it's still happening
- Are you receiving any other errors? INST-14-1601 (on safe mode with networking) INST-14-1603 without
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...⬅️We love these

I cant run ErrorReporter.exe because it doesnt download anything , when i look to the folder all archives are okay but then they got erased
Is everything okay with this? @EA_Shepard

@Raiden-XIII Have you run any scans on your Windows OS or your HDD? If you have not, can you do so from here?
@EA_Shepard It says the archive DISM is on C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
Yeah I did sfc /scannow and it says there is nothing wrong ☹️

@Raiden-XIII Yeah that needs a repair for sure. I also saw your GPU drivers are about a month out of date. I would suggest updating those from the Nvidia site as well.
Also, Do all the Windows updates you can with any optional updates you see.
I got a windows update and i installed it but it didnt work ☹️ , thank u so much for helping me i really appreciate it
@EA_Shepard there is not other way to play my game? 😢

@Raiden-XIII At the moment no because it has to launch the app. I've sent all of this to the team to look into so they are aware. There is something going on we aren't seeing but they should be able to see what we do not.

Any movement on this? It's been over six weeks now and I still can't access the games I paid for.
Customer support has now closed another two cases claiming my problem is resolved when it obviously hasn't
