I lost my email address

&nbsp;I have lost my email address and I can't log into my EA account. This is very annoying because when I launch FC25, it asks me to log in right from the start and sends an email to my email address, but I've lost it. Therefore, it's impossible for me to play online, which is very frustrating. Can you help me, please? I really need it.
