Thanks for getting back to me. We've seen this with others that have also purchased from CDKeys. This is being looked in to, but you may want to go back to CDKeys for assistance as well. They are not an authorized retailer for our games so we can't help with code issues.

Is there any more news on this as I spent over 70 pounds on the game and now I can’t play it!

@EA_Aljo Not sure it is but fair enough, I’d of hoped that one of the worlds biggest game publishers could solve what seems to be a relatively small issue but evidently not

I understand it seems like a small issue, but it's not. If it were, it most likely would have been resolved by now. We don't want people buying the game and then not being able to play it. Going forward though, you might want to consider using an authorized reseller of EA games.

Is there a fix to this issue as I started downloading the game meaning the code was good but now it is gone. On the Ea website it acknowledges that I own the game but cannot find it on the app.

Unfortunately still got the issue of the game not appearing. I tried clearing cache because the app wasn't downloading the game and that's how it disappeared in the first place but hasn't reverted the problem.
