Dear EA Team,

I have literally tried everything the internet could throw for error '' things are taking a little longer than usual to load up , and hold on tight we are working on this''  the Stubborn App refuse to comply. Tried removing the cache , uninstalling and reinstalling with no real time anti virus and no firewall, run as admin , change the IV4 network connection , updating the app , killing the EABackgroundService from task manager from cmd from powershell , gave permission to the background service automatic instead of manual. installed the game again. Anti cheat workaround. and what not. 

at least provide some workaround to play the game offline or take responsibility and put Origins back , take care of the people who provide bread to the mouth of families  across the wall. This seems to be an issue since 4 quarters of business process has passed. Do something people , its my humble  request. 

The issue is a huge yellow bar with message to hold on tight , but should provide for how long atleast ;  is it a week , a month or a year.

Can't see the game in My Library but the support person can , atleast some way to get logs to the above message to check what is failing , as i can see an EA icon pop up before disappearing in the task manger when i start the game within a second. We need to professional video from EA not some random instruction.
