I know this is an old thread, but desperately trying to get refund for EA play pro - which my son, unsupervised accidentally purchased.
We have no use for this annual membership and canceled and looking to get refund for it as well..
However, when I request for refund by making new case on help.ea.com, my requests get submitted, but I get no response, and when I check "my cases" it says I have none..
Would you be aware on how I can reach out to a LIVE HUMAN person from EA who can help with the refund?
I've really checked all the links in this original thread, and checked help.ea.com gazzillion times but not successful..
Sorry if you are not the right person to ask this but really getting desperate ☹️.. plz help if able!!!
