Hi mako, 

i have the same problem but on my order history doesnt show any cancel option as it used to be in previous years.

i tried contact ea support but without success and I was already charged on the day I pre ordered.

i should be able to cancel without any problem but i am unable and its such a simple thing.

Can you please help me?

I'm trying to find a way to refund aswell but i guess we can't refund the ultimate edition since it gives you in-game currency. Let me know if you guys can find a way to refund please.

Any news? I'm dealing with the same problem I bought the wrong edition and now can't refund the game.

I was able to refund the game after the early-access release. They accepted my request and they say the refund is completed. But I can't see the money in my bank account. So at this point I really don't know what EA is doing.
