Re: Unable to launch FC 24

@EA_DarkoAnd its the game I stream so I have not been able to stream EA For like a week now since the update where you guys updated the squads for the EURO tournaments its completely messed up my game tried everything to fix but cant. I have gone out and brought a new controller reinstalled the game twice repaird the game twice and redownloaded EA messed with the settings and a lot more and nothing will fix it im pissed ngl

@EA_Darkowhen I plug a controller in it keeps saying two is plugged in instead of one and than when I try to move the controller it moves two spaces instead of one at a time or goes nuts and does not stop moving and I have to unplug the controller to stop it moving

@EA_Darkoso please fix this issue for me what I have had for a week now or give me a refund because I have spent hours and hours playing this game to not being able to play anymore. and not be able to stream it anymore.

 I took a look at your account and don't see any open cases. 

What controller are you using?

it stuck at "preparing game" then this pop out

this is the issue I'm getting mate when I only have one controller plugged in
