Manager Career cannot go into FC25 SO RIGID.

Career is one of the only sources of enjoyment I get from this game... but it's just that, a GAME. 

We need more flexibility. The financial takeover was a step in the right direction, but the board expectations NEED TO GO (or at least an option to turn them off)! 

That feature makes the game feel like a job, a chore and a slog. The fact that MODS are the only way the community deems the mode playable is telling. I beg, just pay the tiniest bit of attention to this mode. Restore faith in this development team, PLEASE. 

The board expectations makes the mode unplayable. Do right by us next iteration. I swear to you, the community is faltering, and FC25 might be the last straw.
