I'm SBC banned / Soft banned

Soft bans

As a dedicated player of the FIFA and recently eafc series , I wanted to provide some constructive feedback as a representation of the communities feelings. My response shall address the situation that is negatively affecting a wide contingent of player globally including myself .While I understand the intention behind these measures i believe there are compelling reasons to reconsider and rework the entire systems of soft bans all together on fc 24 .

Firstly , the compromise of the experience and player engagement

Soft bans can significantly disrupt the flow of gameplay and negatively impact the overall player experience. Many users including myself find SBCs to be a major source of the grind on this game and the main engaging factor which attracts my attention undoubtedly throughout the day .The completion of these SBCs is a key aspect of building a better team to fulfil the enjoyment on this game. By the existence of this system , progress of many players is hindered leading to frustration and a diminished enthusiasm for the game , this also negatively impacts YOUR player base on the game.

Second of all , do you really advocate for fair play or concerned on free to play players making progress without spending money?

While soft bans aim to prevent exploitation and maintain fair play , they often penalize legitimate players .Many dedicated users spend substantial amounts of time executing SBCs in order to progress on this game but being restricted can feel like an unwarranted punishment. Implementing more precise and more targeted measures could better address exploitative behaviour without affecting genuine players.

My final point , listening to the current community feedback

As there are currently a renowned unlimited player pick , many players have already experienced the discouraging system and have expressed there feelings also using this forum but it appears that the EA team have no plans to reconsider or readjust the unfair properties in the system which limit players enjoyment on a day to day basis. I can also suggest that by removing these bans , the EA company could easily see a rise in spending due to the drive to complete the SBCs without the fear of being restricted. Also ,by listening to the community feedback is crucial for maintaining a positive relationship with your player base .

Many in the community have expressed concerns with dissatisfaction with the current soft ban system. Addressing these concerns with visible implemented in game solutions can enhance your reputation as a supportive company and can foster a more loyal player base.
