Re: EA app Error "An update is required to launch this game..."

I have updated my sims 4 game and ea app is updated aswell but it keeps saying 'open game hub to update game in order to launch' when i click play the sims 4 but then when i try to exit ea app to try again it says that there's a game open and i have to exit it first but there's no game open. I've been trying since last night because it was working perfectly before and I also deleted all the mods just incase but nothing's working i clicked repair the game and recovery for ea but still nothing
