An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.

When I start the game, it cannot launch and EA App displays this message: An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. In the app, even the start button on the game's wallpaper disappeared and there is only button "Manage".

    HI @dee2627fe5362b66 Thanks for letting us know what you are running into!

    When you have a moment can we try the following and check if this continues?

    • Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
      • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
      • EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
      • Steam - Verify in your library

    Cheers!

  • If nothing works, you can try this:

    Disconnect your internet > Start the game in offline mode.

    If you want to play multiplayer you can connect your internet again and reconnect to EA from in-game settings.

    Worked for me.
