Help! With FC25 BETA code

My son got a BETA code for FC25 but when he’s gone on and put the code in, he’s rushed and clicked pre order and now it won’t let him back to select the BETA, saying his code has been used? 
Can anyone please help? I’ve got a devastated 11 year old 🙏
