Transfer ban for doing absolutely nothing wrong

I received a transfer market ban last night on ea fc 24. Which I get we are near ea fc t transfer market is low around this time and it allows everyone to use cards they never could use.

For more information,  I can’t play games on my console a lot due to me traveling for work. Which in turn makes me miss the power curve players or the meta players of the game due to, again, me traveling for work. I can’t use fifa points when I buy them because I don’t have a console with ea fc to play on. So naturally, I use the companion app and/or webapp to look to the transfer market for coins or any currency I can get to atleast upgrade my team when I’m not playing and on work trips.

The ban has put a hinder on me being able to be the best I could be when I come back from my trips. I also know I haven’t broken any rules as I have just been reading the values of players according to Futbin as well as sales history. I’ve just spent time finding a value player, using them, and then selling them back after some time, when they start to skyrocket or increase, at a price that isn’t over pricing outside the Futbin value or near an unobtainable price. I literally sell them at the value listed. I’ve gone so far as to wait like two minutes before I buy and sell players just so whoever is monitoring doesn’t think it’s a bot. Idk how many more precautions there needs to be for me to avoid the ban. But even when I begin to sell these players, I’ve sold at a price that allows me to have minimal profit back. Or a low ball price that would give me some coins.

i have done the same thing now for 5 years and I don’t understand how now I get a transfer ban when I haven’t done anything wrong. I haven’t sold at a high price, it’s literally players I buy with my own coins that I’ve gained from selling, playing, or rewards. No outside source. Again, taken the of selling them in increments of time because I’ve seen people selling players in bulk get ban. So I tried to avoid that by waiting a minute or two.

Lastly, I haven’t received an email regarding a ban. So it was surprising to wake up and see on my web app I was banned without any warning. Which again, voilated the ToS as I was told I’d be given a email stating why I was ban, but no email was sent on the 10th.

that being said, I submitted the appeal elaborating that I’m on work trips so the web companion js literally the only way for me to play or even stay with the games pace since I’m not on the console itself.

The use of the transfer market especially on the companion app or web app allowed me to stay ahead of the game and be able to come back from my work trips ready to play with out struggling and get my favorite players. Is there anyone that would know how long an appeal would take. It’s been two weeks and I’m really hoping to get my ban lifted so I can play again and have it be fun before fc 25?
