Re: Can`t download games from XBOX game pass

i have the exact same issue you described - 

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i've been using it on PC to play EA Play games no problem.

I played Jedi Survivor every day for the last few days, but now today I tried to run Jedi Survivor but this time it doesn't show in my installed games list, and when i click on it instead of "Play" it just says download, so i try that and it says "You don't have access This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again".    I have changed absolutely nothing on my PC since yesterday when i was able to play it fine.
