Re: EA fc 24 is always telling failed load did everything on my end pls replace this

I have the same problem, this night I login Fc24, I see all of player card in UT turn into black then I heard that I could fix this by reinstalling Fc24. But when I login back Fc24 on Fc, it keeps say that failed to load on the file settings. 

Here is my issue and also I still can access my account on EA mobile app normally unlike on Pc. It would be thankful for helping me out.

Basically just watch this video this problem occurs even when I try to play from an another device I bought ea fc 24 standard from epic games first month everything was fine then later on it just shows failed to load tried almost everything like repairing reinstalling anticheat repair reinstall  I have done almost everything it seems there is a problem with the account but what is the problem pls help me with this
