FC 25 Career mode issues

Notifications are not being sent to my hub during deadline day meaning I miss transfer offers for my players and also the latest rumours tab does not work at all.

In Academy Rush tournaments if you get to sudden death on penalties you will be eliminated regardless if you win or lose - this was also an issue on the last game in normal penalties so guessing it's just not been fixed again.

Squad hub doesn't show player growth stats anymore 

I turned off training drills but they still appear before every game

Menus seem slow, especially in press conferences or contract negotiations. I end up pressing X 3/4 times to try and do one action.

If a player is suspended or injured for a game you receive an email complaining about their game time, really frustrating as you can't do anything about it. I had a player injured for a couple of months who submitted a transfer request because of lack of game time as soon as they were fit again.

Coach management - if you set up a wish list and view suggestions through the email the back button disappears once you hire the coach meaning you have to close the game completely as you are stuck on that page.

Players are recalled from loan too easily. I signed a player as a backup striker on loan, I played him in almost every league game as a sub and started in all cup games from Aug - Dec and was recalled for lack of game time. Frustrating as he was not as high rated as my starter and was effective off the bench. I did have a period around October where I used him as the main striker to try and avoid the message from the parent club but he wasn't scoring enough 

There's loads more, such a shame this game feels like a bit of a step back for career mode so far
