My account was banned and unbanned and banned again for no apparent reason
EA keeps banning and unbanning me without any reason. I bought the game through Steam in late January about 1 month later on February 27 i got an e-mail stating my account has been banned for "violating the User Agreement or Terms of Sales." I of course opened a case on this matter and it took 10 day for EA Support to reach back to, overturning the ban. Fast forward 1 week to March 15. I got the same e-mail. EA decided to ban me for whatever reason. I opened another case and it took a 2 days for EA Support to reach back to me and stating that the ban on my account was actioned correctly. I have no idea about the reason of these bans and I cannot reach a real person or get an actual answer on this matter. All i get is automated or pre-written e-mails that doesnt solve anything. At least I would like to know the reason behind these actions. MAY I PLEASE PLAY THE GAME I PAID FOR OR SIMPLY JUST REFUND ME.
