Hello everyone,

If you are still experiencing wrong inputs, let's try a couple of troubleshooting steps first:

1. Delete the active Personal Settings profile (Personal Settings 1) in the game settings.

2. If on Steam, disable the steam input under controller settings by right-clicking on the game > properties > controller.
3. Go under Documents and delete the whole FC24 folder. Then start the game. (you might loose some progress but it won't affect Ultimate team)

Let us know if any any of those steps worked for you.

I am not on Steam, but I tried step 1 and 3. Unfortunately, it didnt change anything.

i don't want to be that guy, but I can assure you that I have done this atleast 5 times with no success. the game doesn't even say controller is a valid input. 

@EA_Hux I have tried it but it doesn’t solve the problem for me. When can we expect a solution? I paid a lot of mondy to play early…

Maybe just fix the problem how about that it not new its here since 18h

Same here, tbf I consider solution that someone else mentioned on other forum. Request refund, and wait patiently for permanent solid solution since those are quick fixes that don't seem to be relevant to real issues just blaming game compatibility on steam and ea app 🤷🏻‍♂️💀 cheers

Imagine o cenário: você espera semanas, compra o jogo, faz o download, prepara tudo para jogar e, na hora H, não funciona como deveria! É como comprar um carro novo e descobrir que ele não liga! É frustrante e inaceitável!

Todos os outros jogos funcionam normalmente com o controle, mas esse, que deveria ser o mais esperado, simplesmente não roda. Se necessário, voltem para configurações anteriores como uma solução temporária. Queremos jogar o que pagamos e pelo que esperamos, não passar horas tentando resolver problemas que já deveriam ter sido solucionados!

Isso desanima qualquer fã, e não é assim que deveríamos nos sentir!

I’ve had to get a refund none of these 3 steps work but I want the game I’ve been playing fc24 all year with no problem pls sort your game out for pc users 

Does anybody know a solution for mixed binds. For examle optiens press x, o scroll upp, x scroll left, square scroll right and L2,R2,L1,R1 does not work. And much more. 

I’ve got this exact same issue as well. Had absolutely no issue with FC24 even now so they just need to revert whatever changes they have made since.

@EA_Hux  nope still nothing , using a pro controller and the best i can get to work is 2 buttons . its almost like the game thinks my controller is a keyboard and when its unplugged thinks my keyboard is a controller. Ive tried running with 1 or the other disabled , ive tried disabling steam input , ea overlay , big picture mode done all of that and getting nowhere. day 4 now still haven't kicked a ball.

Finally I found a solution to controller issues:
1- Spit on EA
2. Delete the game
3- Get your money back

For those really desperate for a fix I factory reset my pc and it works now. 

I've got fc25 on the EA app and whenever I start a division rivals the controller just stop working and you can only use the keybord and that's a very big problem for me, any fixes? pls I really need to fix this thing
