MY GAME IS SO SLOW

When I play FC25 Ultimate Team mode, most days my game slows down a lot. My players don't run, my passes don't pass. When I play or watch on other people's ps5 and pc, the game doesn't slow down that much. It's like playing against top-tier AI. I don't have any internet infrastructure issues. What could be the problem?
