I still receive the error message now for 2 days already. and I can’t play ultimate team, while the rest works.

Yes, I did everything and it still happens. 

The game is crashing all the time, when I start Ultimate Team. How is this even possible, the game is just released.. How to fix this asap? I hope that you can help me further.

This is happening to me too, cannot load UT at all but can load clubs…

Thanks for all the responses I’m sorry you’re all having problems, I seriously thought it was my consoles, I even did a console reboot off a flash drive without success.. hoping ea see this and all the problems we’re having, fix it asap!! paying extra money for a brand new game for early access and not being able to use it is very frustrating, missing out on building the team up and game content.. fingers crossed it’s not long

Hi mate, I've tried all the options EA/PS recommended, nothing worked out for me (very frustrating).

Until I deleted my squad in the Companion app from EA FC. Now the game works again and I can log in to Ultimate Team again :D. I hope this works for you too... 

Ok awesome I’ll try, once my game reloads on my console (reloading for the 4th time) did you delete the players from the team or just delete all the actual squads themselves? Cheers for the advise

Co se stane, když dojde k chybě? Do SB a Rush jsem se nemohl přihlásit od pátku, kdy hra vyšla. Když se pokusím vstoupit do tohoto režimu, což je pro mě jediný důvod, proč hrát FC25, hra se zhroutí a řekne Něco se pokazilo s touto aplikací nebo hrou CE-108255-1. Dnes je 27. 9. 2024 a jaký mělo smysl objednávat si ultimate edici, když nemohu hrát hru o 7 dní dříve? To je šílené!
Co by se mělo stát místo toho? Neměl bych mít problém připojit se k ultimátnímu týmu! Kdy se dočkáme opravy a výměny? Odpovězte prosím. Děkuju.

I cant get on ultimate team error code CE108255 keeps coming up something went wrong i bought ultimate edition to get it early aswell now its out standard edition and i still cant play it 

Ok I sorted mine out…researched the errors and it relates to a corrupt data file or unfinished update.. (mines had issues since the last update) i found a solution for the fallout game same code issues..  here’s what I did.…

1. delete fc25
2.Safe mode (hold power button on console down until 2nd beep)

2. Clear cache and rebuild database

3. Reset ps5 (reinstall system software from usb)

.

4 upon initial restart of ps5 scan the QR code with phone to connect phone and ps5 together.

5. Once connected go into the app on phone and select fc25 and select download to console this will start the download and give u a fresh install..

6. Whilst it downloads go onto the fc25 web app or phone app.. delete all squads concepts and all, you can’t delete the active squad but you can delete the players from the squad.. then create a new squad, call it what u want, I called mine ‘new’ set this to active and delete the last remanding ‘old’ squad.(all credit to this step to

7. Once the install finishes, go to the ps5 phone app again and select fc25 and select play on console this will initiate the game and start from console.

mine was able to load into ultimate team straight away.. FINALLY!! 

now I know these are a lot of steps I was halfway thru doing all these when 

Tolga-Yagmur2108 Posted about deleting the squads so I couldn’t just do that to try first.. if I was any of you.. try step 6 first to delete the squads off the app (they might be the corrupted files I spoke about at the start of this post) and try that first hopefully that simple step works.. if not set yourself a couple of hrs to go thru the above steps.. hopefully this works for you guys.. and again big thanks to

Im playing on ps 5, I can log in the Ultimate Team menu, and browse around, but when i start playing any type of games, it starts and after a few seconds, or when the enemy or me gets a corner kick, it totally freezes and can not do anything. When the game closes i see the following error code: CE-108255-1

Tried everything, internet, new squad, ps settings, litearly everything there is. What more can I do, please help me.

 Squad battles keeps closing for me when I wanna go on it and gives me an error on PlayStation. It’s unplayable.

click delete

 do this for all your squads u have.

you can’t delete your active squad leave this one till last. Create a new ‘fresh’ squad then make it active then go back to the last remaining ‘old’ squad and delete it.. you should have only one squad left now being the fresh new one you created.. 😊

When you reinstall system software should I be worried about erasing all my content?

Your PlayStation will be reset to factory.. so u will have to reinstall your games.. but your game safe data will be there once u start it up again as it’s with the ea servers

For the past four or five days the same error has been occurring every time without exception (Error code CE-108255-1) which has been preventing from me from making any and all types of progress regarding both the ability to add points to the game thus allowing me to open packs as well as gaining coins via the gamemodes available in the Ultimate Team game feature (the only game mode I have been playing consistently since 2019). This is obviously very frustrating as the game is very new and any time spent unable to progress in the game is time spent feeling like one is missing out on crucial game time. I have therefore attempted to contact playstation support and now as of this evening also EA customer support, however in the days since I have still not received any replies in either text form or any other form for that matter. 

I have tried all the solutions provided by Sony on the playstation website including deleting the game and reinstalling, making sure the game updates as well as system software updates are up to date, completely restoring the Playstation 5 to its original state and all the other solutions. 

I am now getting somewhat desperate trying to grasp at any straws that might help solve this issue that I can't seem to get rid of on my own accord and hoping that this post might provide me with some type of help. 

Additionally I tried attaching a video file depicting the exact issue showing me attempting to launch Ultimate Team only to have the same error occur for what feels like the hundredth time, however, apparently the video exceeds the file capacity.
