Lost access to old school email, now cant access EAFC

I basically made my EA account in like 2017 using my school email like a donkey, which then got deactivated. Until like november of 2024 i never had issues as I had the same PS4 so i never really had to login to EAFC at all, but I got a PS5 in november, and from then til a few days ago, everytime I logged into EAFC, I had to input an email to send a verification code to. A couple days ago, it randomly removed that option for me to input an email and now it only sends the code to my old email, which I obviously don't have access to. I have tried using EA Help so many times and everytime they're useless. They keep asking me for when the last time I logged into my EA account was, and obviously I have no idea and they keep asking for information I wont have access to due to it being on my old account, from 2017.  I have a really good team on eafc and don't want to lose it, as myself and my little brother and cousins always play on it. Does anyone know how to help? Please reach out. Im at university rn I can attach photos later if needed.

    Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting this fixed up. You were correct to contact the support team for help as they are the only team who can help with account recovery cases. Before they can assist with issues like this (e.g. make any account changes for you), they must ensure they're speaking to the account owner. Sadly, some people try to use the support team to take over other people's accounts. The security checks the support team uses are necessary for this reason.

    If you've not been able to verify account ownership, the live support team's hands will be tied for now. They won't be able to assist you with regaining access or updating the email to one you can access on that EA account just yet. The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with our live support team again.

    i’m having the same issue and i’m struggling to get in contact with ea help everytime i got to contact them it just brings me to a page with different isssues and doesn’t allow me to get into live chat
