Thanks for reaching out about this. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

    @EA_AljoHere are my results. 

    I have the same results on the recent matches and games i played before the latest update and i have never experienced these issues on FC 25.

    @SzoboGOD 

    I can see you've got packet loss in every match. That would be the reason for this. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues? Also, can you list all the troubleshooting you've tried so we don't repeat that? Thank you.

    @EA_Aljo I have been in contact with them and there is nothing wrong on their part, as i said i have the same packetloss on every other game and has never experienced these freeze lag/ speed up lags before. 

    I have reinstalled the game, deleted the settings folder, every possible res combo and settings, ive tryed overclock and no oc, everything is up to date driverwise. 

    I have no idea what to do next.

    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here? Make sure you also try the alternate DNS settings that is mentioned.

    Did this just recently start happening or has it always been an issue? Also, in case you haven't yet, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again.

    You should also make sure your ethernet cable is at least Cat6 and doesn't have any damage.

    @EA_Aljo i have done a power cycle aswell as changing the ethernet cable for a spare one, same issues.
    It all started first game on after the latest patch, i have not had these issues on fc 25 though i have had it on fifa 22 and it fixed itself after a gameplay update
  • The Ethernet is not the problem here.. It came after the TU5.. Game keeps freezing for few seconds its not only online also in kick off it will have this problem!

    @SzoboGOD 

    We'll keep monitoring the servers for any issues. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Packet loss is normally not on our end and comes from either the ISP or an issue with the home network. You should make sure your router's firmware is up to date and go through all the troubleshooting steps in the article I linked.

    Edit: You mention this happening offline. All of UT is online. Even the single player modes. They all require an online connection.

    @EA_Aljo i understand that you are trying to help and i appriciate that, though this is not an packetloss issue as i do not even get the packetloss icon while ingame, i have before but not with this issue.
    I just wanted to let the guys over at EA be aware of what the update did to us on pc as this is the worst state i have experienced on fc 25.

    @EA_Aljo yes sir. Its not as bad but its there aswell ! In ulitmate team i get it and it stays active for anything to 2-5 sec in kickoff its about 0.5-3 sec

    @DrHero77 yeah its alot of people having the same issues, lets hope they can come up with an solution for it asap as it worked for everyone just before the latest patch.

    I have same issue since yesterday after the patch - Everything is lagging terribly, there is delay with inputs.
    Please do a rollback!

    @EA_Aljo it happens in offline modes as well it was present before the patch its an issue since release the latest patch made it 10 x worse so the game become unplayable in what language do you people understand for god sake

    @EA_Aljo the issue occurs in offline mode when it happens in online mode its cause packet loss not the other way around it actually kinda freezes the whole pc it crashed my pc once in a rivals game when iwas trying to get 35 point since this patch 5 tried in every single game mode offline with every graphics settings
