Been waiting weeks, still dont have acess

Hello dear whoever is reafing this, I recently switched to PC so when i started fc 25 a few weeks ago I didnt have access to transfer market, I did the objective "UT foundations" like 3 weeks ago, and I still dont have acess to transfer market, im not talking about transfer market on companian, Actual acess to transfer market, I hope you help me able to acess the transfer market, and if you ask I never got transfer banned
