EAFC 25- 81 x 10 Player Pick Bug - Unable to Proceed for 7+ Days
Dear EA Support Team,
It’s been 7 days since I encountered an issue with the 81 x 10 Player Pick in EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition on my PS5. When I open the Player Pick, it displays the players but does not allow me to select one and move forward. As a result, I’m unable to complete the pick, and it has effectively prevented me from playing any matches or progressing in the game.
Steps I Have Already Tried:
1. Restarted my PS5 multiple times.
2. Attempted to open the Player Pick on both the Companion App and the Web App, but the issue persists.
3. Verified that my console and game are updated to the latest version.
4. Cleared my PS5 cache.
Unfortunately, none of these solutions resolved the issue.
