Is EA customer service the worst of all time?
Zero help with either of the cases I submitted to them. They were both 'resolved' without ever contacting me, there is no email in my account of them ever reaching out apart from saying 'A case advisor will reach out to you soon' I bought the ultimate edition of EA FC 25 and despite it being able to run on my system theoretically, I've had nothing but issues with it. But now I can't even request a refund, it sends me to an article, which sends me back to the same page where the article is 🤒 There seems to be zero easy way for me to contact anyone in EA, the AI bot is completely useless and they seem content to just steal my money and hope I get so annoyed with the archaic help desk function I just give up. Hopefully this gets someone's attention and I can finally for the love of God get any help whatsoever but either way it's nice to vent.
