I was so excited to see match intros added back! It works with manager career mode and kick off but it does not work at all in player career mode!
Even on ‘Always’ in the intros settings, it still chucks you into the game! Please fix this ASAP and anyone else that has this issue, please help spread the word to EA!
This has completely ruined the experience of player
career and need these intros back
I have the Same Problem…started Palyer C. Mode again…it is on on always but doesnt work :-(

Yes there is. I want to see my player in the intros. They were included in older FIFA games, so when they said they would bring them back, I expect them to include them in EVERY game mode they removed it from.
The guy is obviously trolling.
the whole point of career mode is for immersion.
Even besides that. How hard is it to hold a key/button for two seconds to skip it.

My hope is that they fix this before the game launches officially as I see no sense in not putting the full intro into the player career mode and put it only in the Manager Career mode. It does not hold any reasoning for doing such a thing.
@AndyBica Yeah it doesn't make sense. Plus, they advertised this in the Pitch Notes under the "CAREER MODES" section, implying they would bring the intros into BOTH career modes:
Exactly! This is right on point. I was thinking that it could be manager career modes for men and ladies but it doesnt add up as I have seen here that in the ladies career mode, the full match intros are not working as well so it must be something that they are working to fix hopefully. I will message them everyday until the full immersion is back in the player career mode as well!
I contacted ea and they said it was a bug. It does not make any sense for it to be in the game but not in player career mode which is arguably where it is needed the most.
Amazing Dylan, so we have the confirmation that it is a bug and will be addressed? I was born in Romania and I still got a couple of friends there that used to work for EA Romania where they make the career modes. I will try to contact them and ask them what it can be done. @DylanFifa3255 Wow, if that's the case, then I still have hope for it. It's not that I don't believe you, but would you mind sharing that email or whatever form of contact it was (a screenshot) here to confirm? In the past, people have said things that turned out not to be true, so that's why I'm asking.
That would be great to know as well cause I was trying to contact them directly and it is an insanely difficult task as I do not find anything that would direct me to a person working at EA Sports on their website so I can have an actual reply. It is a labyrinth of links sending me to random articles that suppose to be helpful and there is no way to contact them directly apart from that AI Chat bot that is not doing much

I wouldn’t have much hope because of that AI Chatbot. I asked it, ‘Why is Full Match intro not working on Player career mode,’ and its answer was, ‘The full match intro feature is not available in Player Career mode. It is only available in other game modes such as Manager Career mode or Kick-off.’ If it’s a bug, an EA employee could have given that answer, confirming that it’s a bug. But yeah, hopefully I’m wrong. I’ll wait to buy it until it’s confirmed that it’s a bug and will be included.
Not even working properly in manager, i had it like in 3 or 4 matches in a row so i thought it was working and was like finally ! you know but nope , after that it was gone again and never saw one after that it is very random. if they did put it ''back'' it was really sloppy. My hope is that it isn't working as intended.

Fair point but it gives like 3 distinctive answer🙂 Firstly the bot said that the full matc intros will be in the player career mode as well as in the manager career than somebody tried as well and it said that unfortunately it will be only in the manager career and now that there is nowhere🙂)
I just asked for a refund for false advertising and misleading the consumer. I'm not going to wait for this to be corrected, because it will probably only be corrected in the next edition. If they correct it, I'll buy again.
