Youth development

I know that EA has assigned DYNAMIC development system for youth. However, it seems that we cannot rely on the growth of players’ skills for a rather longer term. No matter how often you play youth, they tend to degrade in terms of growth. I reckon the players are mostly generated to be sold to add money to your budget! I suggest EA should keep the DYNAMIC system, yet allow more players to realize their promised talent.
