Hello im here to ask helping me of a problem I don’t know what to do i buy standard game and i have ea play access and when i join game they tell me it already your trial expired 

please fix my problem and thank you guys

I have the the trial aswell and the standard game and when I go on it it says it has expired I haven’t played any Time on it at all

Does anyone know how to fix it?
