shuttering in fc 25

I have joined play pro to play FC25 early.
For 2 Weeks I've always shutter during matches the game,
I have tried too many solutions, but I have always the same shutter.
FC 24 run so smooth but with FC25 it hurts my eyes.

And I have another issue that I have huge LAG when I play Ultimate Team or Season
The game starts fine but after 2 mins the become unplayable because of this lag, what is so weird here that I can play Rush online with no Lag at all.
I've not met this issue before in FC24.

My Specs are

RTX 2050 4GB
RYZEN 5 5600H
RAM 16 GB
play on SSD

Is there any solution or Patch to solve this?
